Subscription questions, answered

What do I need to get my reading?

Your date of birth, the time of birth and the place of birth. That is all. The time matters most: it sets your Ascendant and your houses, which most of the chapters are built on. Your birth certificate or a parent usually knows it.

What if I don’t know my birth time?

You can still subscribe and read most of your reading. Everything built on the planets in their signs is complete. The parts that need the exact time, such as the Ascendant, the houses and anything tied to them, will tell you so instead of guessing. If you find your time later, add it once and the whole reading is rewritten around it.

Can I change my birth data later?

You can set or correct your birth time. Your birth date and place are locked once your reading is created, because the subscription is for one person and one chart. If you made a mistake in the date or place, write to us and we will fix it.

Which currency do I pay in?

US dollars or euros, depending on where you are: $99 or €99 a year. It is the same plan, with the same reading and the same tools, and you see the exact amount before you pay.

How do renewal and canceling work?

Your subscription runs for a year and renews automatically on the same date, so your reading, your year and your tools never stop. You can cancel anytime from your account page. You keep full access until the end of the year you paid for, and nothing renews after that.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow our terms. Please read them before you subscribe, and write to us if something is not right.

What do you do with my birth data?

We use it to calculate your chart and write your reading, and for nothing else. We never sell it or share it with advertisers. You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time. Our privacy policy has the details.

Can I add my partner, my children, my friends?

Yes. Each subscription year includes compatibility readings with up to 10 people: partners, friends, parents, children or colleagues. Each person gets a chapter of their own in your reading.
